Short Personal Description: 

I came to Colorado as soon as I could after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Before becoming a teacher, I studied philosophy, volunteered and worked in some off road shops in Denver and Golden.  In 2006 I started graduate school at CSU where I was reminded how I had been ignoring the call to teaching for too long.  After completing my teacher licensure courses, I was lucky to become a Lobo in the Fall of 2010.

What does the Lobo Way mean to me?: 

The Lobo Way is what you do to help others when no one is looking, not because you are asked to or told to, but because you know it is the only choice.

Interest & Hobbies: 

I became involved with timbersports at CSU during graduate school to balance time sitting still and reading.  Since then I have been traveling and competing across the west and midwest.  Other than woodchopping, I spend most of my time walking my hound dog and working on my house.  I visit my family in Wisconsin frequently and enjoy spending time at the end of the road.  I take great pleasure in growing beards, listening to music, working on trucks and being outside.
